What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the part. For standard models it is typically
50–200 pcs per item; we also support mixed-container loads with lower per-model minimums.

What are your typical lead times?
Standard in-stock models ship in 15–30 days. Custom or OEM items usually take 30–45 days depending on tooling and surface treatment. The exact lead time is confirmed at quotation.
Do you provide OEM, ODM and private label services?
Yes. We support OEM / ODM, custom branding, private label and client-specific packaging. Send us your drawings, samples or requirements and our engineering team will evaluate and quote.

What is your warranty policy?
Our parts carry a 12–24 month warranty (or specified mileage depending on product). Confirmed quality defects are replaced free of charge. Warranty terms are stated on the proforma invoice.
